Andrea believes that each of us has untapped potential and is capable of creating the life we desire, that we are worthy of having that life ….and sometimes we need some new tools to help us on our journey toward health and wellness.
Her own challenging life experiences have given her many opportunities to study about, learn, practice and create such tools! Dr. Skelly enjoys sharing these with clients, helping them find innovative solutions to meet life’s challenges and thrive. She has had a private practice since 2003. Her formal education, 20+ years experience as a university educator, advisor and scientist is combined with specialized trainings in health coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and hypnosis as well structured studies of traditional Yoga and ancient Hawaiian Huna. She combines science with ancient wisdom to offer a unique constellation of services for helping clients tap into their inner resources.

By tapping into inner resources, we create the energy needed to thrive instead of just survive. Dr. Skelly’s services and workshops focus on empowering people to take control of their lives by guiding them to ask pertinent questions, release negative emotions and limiting beliefs, discover personally effective tools and tap into their inner resources. This helps her clients facilitate well-being and realize their potential. Sessions are a collaboration with the client, meaning that in order to make positive changes, both parties must fully participate.

- Be Smoke FREE: This unique and effective program combines the best of health coaching, hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). Sessions and techniques are tailored to individual needs. With these techniques over 90% of people stop smoking quickly and easily.
- Stress management: Stress management is important for health and well-being as well as weight management. Individualize sessions combine ancient wisdom and well-being practices with science to provide the client with insights and tools for stress reduction.
- Weight management support: Health coaching techniques, NLP and hypnosis are great adjuncts to formal weight management programs. They can assist with removing blocks to achieving your goals and provide an additional set of tools for managing cravings and stress eating.
- Personal potential: For those wanting to make the most of life and move from “survival” to “thrival”, personal break through sessions and coaching can help you set and achieve goals in any area of your life.
